Sean Davis is responsible for Canadian and U.S. advertising, association client services, and business development. Sean possesses several years in revenue acquisition and retention, direct marketing, and publication sales management. He has shown a great deal of success in building rewarding publishing partnerships with trade associations throughout North America. Prior to joining Lester, Sean worked with Xentel Direct Marketing where he was an integral part of its management team. He is known for building and training a strong sales team that achieves maximum results. Sean is enthusiastic and committed to his clients, and his passion shows through the motivation he instills in his team. Since his appointment as sales director and his recent promotion as publishing director, Sean has put together effective sales campaigns for numerous publications and continues to meet and exceed sales goals established by both Lester Communications Inc. / Lester Publications, LLC and its association partners. Sean is committed to furthering the growth of all parties in every venture he undertakes.

Thomas served in the United States Air Force gaining extensive experience in project management, attended the CCAF, Trenton State University and Penn State University. Thomas spent 20 years as an entrepreneur working within the transportation and consulting industry, excelling in positions such as President of Operations & Chief Executive Officer. Thomas has proven leadership and business to business skills, as he enjoys working with trade associations to help identify their needs and insure they receive a commitment & customized service equal to none.

Heather brings to Lester Communication Inc. / Lester Publications LLC, 25+ years of management and customer service skills from the retail and sales industry. Heather attended the University of Manitoba with studies in Art and Literature, along with owning and operating her own business. She brings a polished and professional service to all clients, striving for nothing less than excellence at all times. Heather has proven her drive and commitment to excel in marketing and publishing during her years at Lester Group. A dedicated employee, she enjoys the challenge of providing human resources and sharing those skills with new employees and the resource and development of future publications.
